We've known Sammie for a long time.

He’s Your friendly neighbourhood barista.Long before Little Bula, SAMMIE was a familiar face behind some of South West Sydney's best-known coffee bars, building a reputation as someone who genuinely cares about good coffee and the people he's serving.

Over the years, he's become part of the Goliath family. We've worked alongside him at countless events, he's poured coffee behind our own brew bar, and he's always been someone who makes time for the coffee community around him. Whether that's connecting with fellow coffee lovers through Spro Bros, supporting local events, or simply sharing what he's learned along the way.

You'll find Sammie at all sorts of events these days — weddings, pre-wedding celebrations, sporting fields, SCHOOLS, council activations and community gatherings.

Different settings, different crowds, same familiar face behind the machine.

What we've always appreciated about Sammie is that he brings the same approach wherever he goes. Good coffee, genuine hospitality and a willingness to make time for people.

Good coffee matters, but so do the people behind it. Sammie's one of the good ones.
