WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY COFFEE ORDER TO ARRIVE?

So that we can deliver the freshest coffee experience to our customers, we roast each Monday* and Tuesday*.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to let you know it’s on the way.
Subscription orders are dispatched fortnightly or monthly based on your first date of purchase.
* except for public holidays and Christmas/Summer Holiday shut down

Generally, Sydney metro 1-3 working days after dispatch.
All other parts of Australia 3-7 working days after dispatch.

I’vE signed up for a reoccurRing order. CAN I CHANGE MY CHOICE OF COFFEE / BLEND?

Yes, of course. As long as it is before the ORDER CUT-OFF DATE.
Amendments on EXISTING subscriptions must be made by Monday 5pm (Sydney time) before dispatch date.

I’m MOVING HOUSE. Can I change my address?

All good! You can always change your customer details. You can do that right HERE. Simply log in to amend your subscription information, address or payment details.
Amendments on EXISTING orders and subscriptions must be made by Monday 5pm (Sydney time) before dispatch date.
Please note, we will not accept responsibility if you haven’t updated your new delivery address prior to the cut-off.

HOW DO I STORE MY COFFEE?

We recommend that coffee is best kept in a dry, dark and cool environment such as your pantry. Keep it stored in an airtight container or resealable coffee bag.

Who will deliver my coffee?

Depending on where in Australia you live, we’ll ship either via Australia Post or Aramex Couriers. As a default, if you are not home to receive the parcel, we will always give the courier permission to leave at your doorstep or in a safe place. If you would prefer to sign for your parcel, be sure to include a note with your order.

ARE YOUR COFFEE CAPSULES BIODEGRADABLE AND COMPOSTABLE?
Our Capsules are made from Australian certified compostable plant based bio-polymer with a paper sealed lid.
They are completely aluminium free.
For compostable capsules to break down, capsules must be processed through an industrial composting facility.
We recommend contacting your local council to understand more about their composting services.

ARE YOUR COFFEE CAPSULES NESPRESSO® COMPATIBLE?
Absolutely! They are compatible with domestic Nespresso® machines, in particular those manufactured by Breville and De’ Longhi.

Sadly, they are not compatible with:
- Espressotoria® system
- Nespresso Vertuo® machines
- Flat disc Nespresso commercial machines
- Caffitaly®
- Aldi® machines.
