It’s no secret that @celloliqueurs founder, Domenico Cece, is in constant pursuit of perfection when it comes to the ingredients that form the basis of his internationally-acclaimed liqueurs. That same desire spills over into his love of coffee.
About three years ago, Domenico found us as he was driving along The Horsley Drive in Wetherill Park and he noticed our newly installed sign. With our roastery roller door open, he yelled out and introduced himself.
Over a shot of our LITTLE HERO blend with David, the seeds of friendship and mutual respect for their crafts had been planted.He knew he had stumbled upon something special.
Since that day, Domenico brewed only our LITTLE HERO blend at home and at his Distillery (just a further 10 minutes drive down The Horsley Dr).
Fast forward three years, we've worked alongside each other at local festivals and events, we share knowledge, many laughs and a friendship.
CAFFECELLO is a rich, complex cold brew coffee liqueur born of a friendly collaboration between two local businesses working together to create an expertly crafted drink for home or at your favourite bar.
But bigger than that, it was inspired by a common goal of supporting and working with local producers and businesses.
