250g Goliath Signature Blend of your choice (ground for French press): Expertly roasted to deliver smooth, bold flavours that shine in a French press.

French press is a quick and easy way to enjoy freshly roasted, beautifully brewed filter coffee at home or in the office.
THE TOOLS
+ french press (we used @bodum 3-cup)
+ your favourite Goliath Coffee Roasters blend or single origin, freshly ground for French Press
+ hot water
+ set of scales
+ long metal spoon -
Place 18-20g freshly roasted and freshly ground coffee into your french press (we’ve used a 3-cup).
Carefully pour 300ml hot water over coffee. Steep for 3-4 minutes.
Using a metal spoon, break the crust (layer of coffee sitting on top of your brew).
Wait another minute, then place on lid and slowly press the plunger down.
Then pour and enjoy!
