SUBSCRIPTION DISPATCH

Subscription orders for Signature Coffee range and Mix and Match will dispatch every second Thursday. See our calendar and subscription info for the next dispatch date. The Singles Club (which is a monthly subscription) will be dispatched on the second Thursday of each month. You can also see the calendar with next dispatch dates for subscriptions below. Rest assured, you’ll receive an email when your order has left our roastery so you can fire up your coffee maker of choice!

Occasionally, dispatch dates may change due to Public Holidays and our Christmas Shutdown period. We will always give you a heads up and make sure you get your coffee on time!

SUBSCRIPTIONS + SINGLE ORDERS

If you’re ordering a subscription, it will need to be processed on its own, and by pressing the “Keep Sending Me Coffee” button, you’ll be redirected to finalise the subscription order. Don’t worry, if you had single products you want to purchase in your cart they will still be there when the subscription is processed. Just jump back to the site when the subscription details are sent through and you can order the one-off items as well. Plus, you won’t have to wait for the subscription monthly or fortnightly send date to receive the other items. Bonus!

DELIVERY

We deliver to all major capital cities and regional cities. If you do not live in one of these, we need to charge an extra fee for our courier delivery. If you live in these rural areas please select the correct delivery on check out. We will have to contact you to resubmit the order with the delivery fee in the event that it is not charged in the first instance. Not sure if you’re in the standard delivery zone? WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR PARCEL
Sydney metro 1-2 working days.
All other parts of Australia 3-7 working days.
