+ your favourite Goliath Coffee Roasters blend or single origin, coarsely ground
+ chilled, filtered water

LET’S BREW THIS
Using your cold brew jug, place ground coffee into the mesh filter and pour water into the brewer ensuring coffee is submerged.
We recommend 60-65 grams of coffee per litre of water. Stir gently with a spoon ensuring all the grounds have been saturated with the water then place the lid on the jug.
Let it steep in your fridge for 18-24 hours. When brew is ready, lift out the mesh filter, place lid back on jug. Store in the fridge.
