BLEND:

  • + cold brew jug (we used @hario_asia_official mizudashi)

    + your favourite Goliath Coffee Roasters blend or single origin, coarsely ground

    + chilled, filtered water

    + set of scales

  • LET’S BREW THIS

    • Using your cold brew jug, place ground coffee into the mesh filter and pour water into the brewer ensuring coffee is submerged.

    • We recommend 60-65 grams of coffee per litre of water. Stir gently with a spoon ensuring all the grounds have been saturated with the water then place the lid on the jug.

    • Let it steep in your fridge for 18-24 hours. When brew is ready, lift out the mesh filter, place lid back on jug. Store in the fridge.

    Flat rate $10 delivery Australia-wide for orders up to 4kg. Orders over $80 ship free - our way of saying thanks.

     

    How We Ship

    We send all orders with Sendle, a reliable carbon-neutral courier service that gets your coffee to you quickly and sustainably. We aim to ship same or next day.

    Please note we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

    Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
    Regional and rural: 3–10 business days after dispatch

    When you subscribe, you’re committing to a minimum of 4 orders. After that, you can pause, adjust, or cancel anytime — completely flexible.

    As a fresh product, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on beans, ground coffee, or change of mind purchases — but if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out so we can make it right.
